Sad

Means sated,
Filled up,
Well fed,
Drunk.

It comes not
From emptiness,
Loneliness,
Or absence.

Rather,
Sadness comes
When much delight
Meets fear.

One must avoid,
Evacuate,
Empty,
To unsad oneself.

Sadness is the end of feasting,
The beginning of fasting,
And the long waiting
For another taste.
