Don't say it aloud.

Instead,

Find a reasonable substitute, 

Such as Adonai or Elohim.

And instead of saying,

My dad raped me when I was 11,

Say,

I had a rough childhood.

It's much better that way.

Or when someone is about to die,

And when you look at her,

You see death on her lips,

And she asks,

How do I look?

You should say,

You look great!

You look beautiful!

And when she is dead and in the coffin,

You should say to her children,

She looks so peaceful.

This is so much better than how it was.

For if you say it this way,

It's better.
